I'm little confused. I had my rent covered for entire years lease. I was going to give this man over 18,000 up front when signing the lease. Sadly how or why do you get denied a lease when the rent is covered. We have no violent criminal history and are not sex offenders. I've never had a speeding ticket. I'm I n my 40s. Of course my credit is not good, if it were I'd take my 18000 and put it toward a new permanent home. So why he denied us seems like he's discriminating for my husband being Native American. I just don't understand. His rent is guaranteed. But you know what honestly the house was probably not worth it anyways. Other doors will open.

Cooper Real Estate is the best landlord I have ever had. We have been tenants for over two years and have zero complaints! They treat us like family and take care of any issues that are brought to their attention. They actually care about you. When you reach out to them for any issue they send someone almost immediately! Been through two big hurricanes renting a house from them and they have gone out of their way to take care of my family!

I am reviewing Cooper Real Estate as a rental property tenant, but my feedback should have good info for anybody considering hiring them as a property manager. We lived in a house managed by Cooper for about the past 2.5 years, and we have been incredibly happy with their responsiveness and care for the property. Every time we had any issue with the house, (which is not in any way a hit against them or the owners -- maintenance requirements happen with any house) a quick phone call to the office or to Jeff's cell phone if outside of work hours had it taken care of the same day! They have been very polite and a pleasure to work with! Mr Cooper is the best property manager in South Georgia in my honest opinion. He always keeps me in the loop and always on top of business. I highly recommend anyone in South Georgia to go through Jeff cooper for any property management needs.

Jeff just sold our rental house in Valdosta. He was always readily available by phone or email. He was good to talk to and always made good sense. He helped us get needed painting done despite our not living in Valdosta. We trusted him, and sure enough, he had the house sold within a few weeks. He let us make decisions about pricing and negotiating with a buyer, but when we were about to dis-serve ourselves, he intervened appropriately and got us a better outcome. Great guy to work with and he gets results.
