Cooper Cove Apartments

Hello. This place treats lesser people like trash. They think they are superior to everyone just to get money. I explained my situation to Pamela over facebook market and she told me she thinks it would work out and that I should apply. Me and my boyfriend are HOMELESS. The application fee is $270. This is a lot of money, especially for two 18 year old's who will be on the streets next week. We discussed it and thought Pamela would help us. We trusted her and we waited all weekend, patiently, for an answer. My boyfriend calls them in the morning and Pamela herself treats him extremely rude over the phone. This is probably one of the worst apartment complex’ in Columbus and there is quite a few of them but this has to be one. We moved in March of this year didn’t let us see the apartment until 2 days before our move in date then the morning of after discussing our situation and had no where to go of that Friday morning which was move in date then we pull in with everything on our UHAUL and the Manager asks if I can wait until Monday to move in!! They don’t care about the pool for our kids. Maintenance sucks we had them in and out begging and pleading to fix things for a month after moving in. Then they rig everything like they quick to collect damage fees but they don’t use the damage fees to fix damages ??? This was the worst experience of my life, they were unhelpful, they had ants everywhere, and to top it off, the manager would rather have spent her time talking to a tenant who was upset about the manager talking crap about her, I loved how she ran out the room as she was talking to me, and couldn't even give me all the apartment information because she demanded me to have all these other things done before I moved in, yet! she couldn't even give me the information because gossiping is more important.

I’m starting to see a change around the complex’s . My daughter stays in Fox run and also have a co worker who stays in Sheffield. They both satisfied and very happy with a contractor name Cedric he has really been doing a lot of work to make the Complex’s More clean and more up to date .

Dajuh was the reason for all my stars, she is an asset to the business and I see her in management. The customer service is five diamond.
