Conway Club Apartments

This place is not what they sell. The apartments are full of cockroaches because the cabinets are old. The hallway on building one is super dirty, nasty. There's no maintenance people that can keep that hallway nice, clean and neat. They said that the apartments are renovated and the only thing they do is putting more paint to cover how old and messed up things are. I would not recommend this place, never.

Please don’t move here, There are so many issues with the apartments from the carpets to the doors, not being on the hinges to the lack of hot water to lack of outdated appliances and apartment. This is hands-down one of the worst places I have ever lived and this is one of my first time moving into an apartment, 99.5% of the apartment complex is tired of the management. I have spoken with many many neighbors who have all shared their concerns And have no confidence in the management. Because they don’t want to fix anything instead of blaming on your children. I Would not recommend anybody to move here and please avoid this place at all Hey, you can go get yourself somewhere else I would recommend it. Evelyn has turned this place into a hell hole. I rented an apartment here when i was trying to get back on my feet. She charged me a very high deposit...2000$ ! And when she rented the apartment to me it was 1200....by the time i moved in 1.5 months later it was 1385.....i had already made the plans to move so i went along with it. She raised my rent 300 in the two years that i rented and was always going into my apartment when i wasnt there and letting my inside cat out and then complaining that he was always getting out....the third year she was planning to raise the rent again ( the dishwasher was broken , the bedroom fan didnt work ,black stuff coming out of the bathroom faucet , water damage all under the kitchen sink and silver nails holding the kitchen drawer together) None of this had been attended to and the rent was going up

Well I'm living here for almost 7 months. I never have problems with Mrs. Evelyn. She always treat me nice, I see that she is trying to keep the place in order and I understand her job. When I have a problem they fix it promptly. Felicia the assistance manager and Tony are very helpful and nice too. The location is good. No complains so far.

I can honestly say the apartments themselves are extremely nice! But the grounds needs sooo much work and nothing has ever been done. The assistant property manager is absolutely wonderful! But the property manager evelyn is absolutely horrible. I dont think I have ever seen this woman smile without it looking like a smirk. She always has this attitude that says she could care less about how you are and even less about your needs. I have never seen or spoken with a more rude manager then her. 2 of my roommates have left because of her mistreatment. We even feel uncomfortable when we go to get out laundry cards refilled as when we ask she snatches it out of our hands and basically throws it back at us. Usually followed by some comment like "There! now you can do your laundry!" As though we
