Contour Gardens

At the time I lived here I had to manage any problems I had within my apartment. Even through all the problems, I still managed to pay all my bills and rent with no problems. I moved out on good terms with no money owed just to find out they are reporting to the credit burial that I owe them money. Thanks for holding my credit back!!!

Contour Gardens is a hidden gem. It is located between two major streets which allows quick access to 410, I-10 and Hwy281. It is within walking distance of several major bus routes, Golf trails, city parks, local bars and eateries and delicious street food. Whole Foods, H.E.B and Trader Joe's are within an 8min drive (no food desert here). On a sunny Sunday take a bike ride to the Alamo Quarry theater for a matinee or take a quick drive and enjoy a beer (or a few) and watch some art house cinema at the Bijou. Should have listened to the previous reviews , but decided to check it out myself anyways. I applied to live at these apartments on a Wednesday & was told by the manager I would get an answer the next day. The following day I was told she had to futher discuss my application with her boss which I completely understood. Friday came around, I was told by the manager that her boss was out & would get back to me Monday . At this time I began to get really frustrated because the manager would never pick up her phone & I would have to keep trying to get ahold of her for an update. Monday came around & still no update from the manager , I had to call the office myself and was told she was out sick. New management is attentive to tenants' questions and requests. The complex is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and North Sar Mall. Olmos Park is located nearby for recreation.

Andrew is an amazing property manager that is not only dedicated and patiebt, but he actually cares about his tenants!
