We had the delightful experience of purchasing a Conrad townhome in Dallas. I say "delightful" because we were pleasantly surprised in a variety of ways. The home was beautifully appointed. Our realtor, who notices detail, said that this builder was clearly a "cut above" in their attention to clean, well-executed design and construction. The escrow process was a breeze. Conrad agreed to everything on our inspection "wish list". Better yet is their responsiveness since we closed on the home - you know, that period of time where many builders simply walk away. But after we had a couple meetings with Conrad we decided they were the right builder for us. From that date to move in, we were not disappointed! First of all I will say Conrad builds beautiful town homes. I purchased a brand new 2022 build very modern great look. However, it is built extremely cheap. (I’m sure very few builders now a day don’t do this). The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors talking, the Tv, dogs, etc... If you have a 2 bedroom and want to have a roomate, forget about having any privacy. Footsteps sound like they are in your room, when you are in the living room and they are walking in their room above it sounds like the roof is going to cave in. I’ve also recently discovered in certain walls there is zero insulation when there should be. Disappointed, especially for how expensive these homes are.

Best builder in DFW & Southlake! Unreal product. The end results are stunning. The team is so easy to work with! They communicate and deliver every step of the way!
