Mike did a fabulous job inspecting my home. Every room and the area below the house were well examined. His answers to my many questions concerning work previously done left me so grateful that I had found someone with his expert professional knowledge to completely examine how the many various construction projects were performed. He also gave advice as to what additional work could be performed to update the comfort, although not required for passing inspection.

We had Mike come out for a crawlspace inspection. He was professional and courteous from the start. Mike did an inspection in the crawlspace with his robot. After he was done he explained everything and said his report would be sent via email by the end of the day. We'll let me tell you, I had the report in my email box by 2 o'clock. It was a very thorough report. I would recommend Mike for any inspection on a house anytime. Definitely an awesome guy.

Mike Connelly performed our New Home Pre Dry Wall Inspection and did a wonderful job in explaining what should be addressed. He was there for a few hours. He took his time in explaining everything to us as well as emailing us with a detailed report. The report included photos which pin pointed the issue and explained how to address the issues. We were able to provide our Project Manager with the easy access link with the detailed report to have the issues addressed and corrected and documented for our future records. In addition during the inspection Mike was very knowledgeable and thorough. We would highly recommend Mike Connelly to anyone looking for a thorough inspection report for their New Home as they say this is one of our biggest investments. Mike thank you!!
