We had been working with another realtor for months with no good bites. We switched to Caleb when he came over to give free advice and suggestions that would get the house sold. He provided advice on little changes that would make the house more aesthetically pleasing to buyers. Caleb was easy to contact and quick to reply. Caleb went above and beyond to meet each of my many many requests. Caleb helped make sure the lawn and house were always show ready as we weren’t living there at the time.
