I am a resident at one of CREM properties. I have lived here 6 years and Ann Marie Ovitt is our property manager. I enjoy my apartment and appreciate Ann Marie being responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this management and the beautiful building at Carriage Maker Place.

As President of my condo I have frequent contact with the staff at CREM. I have found over the years that they are professional and helpful. Leanne Shoop is our property manager and she always researches our documents before she gives advice.Her emails or letters to the owners are right on the mark. It is not easy to satisfy 98 unit owners all the time. In addition to Leanne the owner Alyssa and bookkeeper Jessica are right there to help and very pleasant to work with. I do recommend them. Salisbury Housing Committee has 49 affordable rental units. Oversight of all day-to-day property maintenance, is handled by Tammy Broderick at Connecticut Real Estate Management (CREM). She manages SHC’s properties with excellence and good humor, providing timely reports and suggestions. Kim Erdely at CREM provides outstanding bookkeeping services.

CREM employs high quality individuals; I witnessed Tammy Broderick’s dedication and professionalism firsthand in early January, when we were out of town with friends. During the freezing temperatures the week of 1/18, she spent several days responding to panicked resident’s calls for help with problems like lack of heat and frozen pipes, coordinating contractors and service people to come to her tenants aid. Tammy never complained, although the calls came steadily at all hours of the day and night; she got the job done for people in need while calming their worries. Pretty impressive to witness, and I’m sure those residents were tremendously grateful. I’d be happy to reside anywhere under Tammy’s caring management and resourcefulness.

Ann Marie Ovitt, the Regional Site Manager for Litchfield County Properties w/ Connecticut Real Estate Management’s Washington Office is a sincere asset. She sits in the Washington Community Housing Trust meetings, is consistently responsive and accountable to tenant’s concerns, and maintains impeccable records. Villages of Washington CT are fortunate to call Ann Marie Ovitt a neighbor & friend. This her home, and she takes great pride in her community.
