I want to say thank you Mr. Richie our Maintenance guy at Connect on Union for allowing me to borrow his tools. 🙈 It not his responsibility to let me borrow it but he did. Thank you so much! Because of that I was able to fix the tire of my scooter. Such a nice guy! 🫶🏼

Thank you to Rick the courtesy security. Not only friendly but always looking out for residents and the complex. He arranged with maintenance to have my light outdoor fixture fixed before I even realized it was out. Also thank you to Marylin in the leasing office for being very helpful and friendly as well.

Connect on Union has been a wonderful home to us. All the office staff are wonderful, Richie and Alvaro are amazing for any of our maintenance needs. I recently moved in, and the apartment unit is pretty good, but there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. The management team along with the maintenance guy Richie have been absolutely awesome and very helpful with getting everything resolved. They have been very kind while also ensuring that everything is addressed and that everything is good. The complex is a very nice and quiet complex, and the staff are very friendly.

Richie has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Every time I’ve needed help, he’s been quick to respond and gets the job done fast. Not only is he efficient, but he’s also very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience that much better. It’s clear he really cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I really appreciate all the help he’s given me—thank you, Richie!
