Conlin Park Apartments

Glad to see, that someone finally fixed this place up. Lived there for a few years back in the early '00s, and there was a huge hole in the wall, under the kitchen sink, where you could actually see into the basement. My only real gripes were 1.) You could literally hear everyone moving around in the other apartments, and 2.) There were 1 washer, and 1 dryer for 8 units. Almost every time I had to do laundry, it was like a game of musical-chairs. Sometimes, I would go to put my clothes in the dryer, and they'd either be piled on top of the washer, or on the floor. So, glad I don't have to deal with that, anymore!
