You have the top three reviews posted all within 30 days giving one star. Yet we still have the same property manager who is genuinely not concerned with anything other than her paycheck. The other employees in the office try to avoid communication with her because she's so nasty. Her attitude is horrible, yet the rest of the staff has been replaced several times! The rental office NEVER OPEN noone answers phones for repair results .Front desk person sits there on her phone and look at Paying Rent Tenants like we are bothering her. I have lived on the property with my mom and siblings for over 17 years, and now with my 3 y/o son. Once I turned 18 and had to go over to report income/ sign lease during recert periods is when I became more aware on the mismanagement of the property. Originally we had carpet and a few years ago they divided to have them pulled. They opted for a easier, cheaper, vinyl flooring. They painted before they pulled the carpet so it is visible where the old base boards were as oppose to the current ones. Also, our ceiling in the living room area/dining room fell in twice almost a year apart, maintenance claimed over flow of water from out of but played part ultimately trying to place blame on tenants. You can't get in touch with the rental office by phone, (but at least they get the job done when you find them) management is lazy and incompetent on a good day. The landlord/tenant relationship is a sick joke.
