STAY AWAY! Horrible place to live they have a sewer issue where as poop and toilet floats the sidewalk toilet don’t flush and backs up in house! My apartment has been flooded 3x’s 2 by neighbors 1 by a/c unit that has been unfixed for 11 days! now I have mold growing which is intolerable to stay there needless to say I haven’t been there! Basically I was told by supervisor my issue was not priority in this Louisiana heat!!! Save your money not even worst the stress as I am going through
My daughter lives here. It's quite a nice area. I never heard any type of noise or disturbance while visiting. Very quiet.
