They are a huge joke. Poor book keeping. Never got back to me to sort outrages fees, that came out of nowhere. I had to take them to court to settle my dispute. I gave Mr. Munson his 2 defeats in court. They refused to settle as the court ordered so I levied the HOA bank account to get reimbursed. I urge you to drop their business as soon as you can.

Before our condo changed management companies, I never had all these extra fees and late fees for parking space I never had. Mr.Monson never gets back to me when I tried to straighten out all these errors his office makes Going to hassle again trying to fix all the mistakes in their bookkeeping. Their bookkeeping is a joke!

Mr. Monson managed our condos. He is an awesome administrator. I got to know him well over the years. Great guy all around. You definitely want him managing your property. His specialty (in my opinion) is saving properties when their previous managements have put them in the hole. I have seen him pull many out of the red and into the black. If you need property management, this is your man. You cant go wrong.

Condo property management companies are supposed to support their homeowners but they are more interested in charging fees, collecting them, and ignoring repeated requests to get homeowner repairs done in a timely fashion. I guess it’s not what you know but who you know time and time again

Their billing system keeps charging late fees for payments made on time (with proof). I'm tired of having to call them to address the issues repeatedly. I'm seriously curious how they manage to have multiple locations without being able to address simple issues like this.
