Brian is my property manager he is way above 5 stars..he really listens when I have a question or a problem. He is always friendly. He makes you feel like your his only thing he has to do. He is very professional, polite, amazing demeanor and always open to suggestions n other ways things can be handled. He is very prompt when leaving a message to get me called back. I cant say enough how wonderful Brian is..he is phenomenal as a property manager. Thank you Brian you completely desire recognition in ur job n definitely a 10 star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have NEVER had a company not want my money so bad. The entirety of the company clearly only cares about current clients and according to these reviews they fall short there too. I tried for two weeks to get in contact with ANYONE in the company and they couldn't do so much as reply to an email - all just for a tour mind you. It should not be this difficult. After finally getting to tour a house ( which I had to get in touch with the owner for just that - ridiculous ) I informed the agent who was with me that they are INSANELY hard to contact and this is the only property in a long list of properties I wanted to see ( most of which had been rented out by the time they graced me with a response ) to which he responded that they were "swamped" clearly not caring. I feel like I owe a positive review. My manager was Patrick. He was great when I needed something done. The rent was affordable for what I was renting. I got most of my deposit back. I got more than I expected over half. The only reason I moved is I wanted to upgrade. But I have to say I’ve rented 3 times in the last 11 years. And Concorde management has been the best. I’ve never gotten majority of my deposits back with other places I’ve lived.

I was pretty impressed with this company. I’ve rented on and off with them over many years before purchasing my house. I was pleasantly surprised to get my deposit back in full because that’s a rarity. Concorde is so much better than the garbage company called century sales here in town. I think century sales properties is a scam artist company.

This company and it's people's dishonesty ravaged my credit score, and put my low-income, disabled loved one in a terrible financial situation. I never expected such Kabredlos-like behavior from a company with decent reviews. I'll start by mentioning the state of the unit, which isn't even my main complaint.
