Concord Village Apartments

So about 2 months ago I posted a negative review due to Concord Village taking 3 weeks to repair my kitchen and the fact that I was washing dishes in unsanitary conditions as a result. Well to the surprise of what should have been absolutely noone two days after such a public post they finally hired a plumber to get the job done. But during that post I said I had so much more to say and now that I am no longer living there it is time to begin. First, I want to start with some more recent failures. During the incident when the on-site maintenance came to repair my plumbing and failed, he noticed the wood of my kitchen cabinet was soaked and would need to be replaced. Apparently I mischaracterized this place by talking about my issue in a past review… please go read that one before this one. nothing I said is a lie. Such a poor excuse by management to take real accountability for their own lies. Calling my poor experience a mischaracterization only makes you look like a liar more. Honest people don’t deflect THIS HARD. One thing i personally took away from that response was that they seem to have this entitled attitude that I should be completely happy with the situation because right after this dispute with their false advertisement surfaced, they did fix my AC. Ladies and gentleman, no a landlord doesn’t deserve “brownie points” for achieving the bare minimum. Do I for doing my job at my work? No! -notice how they never directly said anything about

They do not care about my feedback because once again, im still in the reviews upset. Your teams policy doesn’t matter, you guys are the ones in the wrong and making it up should be on you. While I said show me where im wrong, it’s not my problem to interrupt my own day to hear you out. Figure that out yourselves. Your property manager has done nothing aside from fixing my Air conditioning and handling a pest control issue… which takes me back to my prior point that your landlord doesn’t deserve glory for doing their job. I’m not going to let that be held over my head. “Absolute dewatering of a place to live” as said in another review is such an understatement. I’ve had such a great experience here! The new management team is incredibly professional and responsive—always quick to address any questions or concerns. The property manager really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and maintenance is top-notch. He’s prompt, efficient, and always handle requests with care. The property itself is a gem! The apartments have such spacious layouts with large rooms and closets, which is hard to find these days. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes coming home so much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable community.

The worst way for a human to spend $15.4k, don’t do it folks💔💔💔 I am a current resident, and some things need to be addressed about this place. DONT believe their website pricing because these people most definitely will charge you more than that. -I’d like to address that I have no experience working in the apartment rental industry, although Id like to think there’s a level of confidentiality and respect that the manager needs to have for their tenants. Telling me personal information about my neighbors before we even meet each other and asking me personal information as im clearly upset about the apartment managers actions is uncomfortable, unethical and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s illegal. -they painted my walls before i moved in, and got paint on the hardwood floors… careless m
