Concord Park

We moved here from Southern California August of 24 & hands down I Love this place!! Number 1, I didn’t know that apartments could be the size of homes but they are here… Diving in, we’ve had a Great stay but what I must say is Shout Out to our Phenomenal Maintenance Team for clearing our walkways, driveways, keeping the common area together while in some cases being away from your own families making sure that our families here are Good! Thank you Guys for looking out for us & same to our Management Team, I went down to get a package & was surprised to them here in this weather. I’m extremely Grateful & Thankful for each & every one of you… Thank you from the Cali Crew in MD…❤️

I strongly advise anyone looking for a new home to stay far away from this complex. What started as a promising place to live has turned into a daily headache due to complete management neglect. Zero Communication: The staff is completely non-responsive. No one ever answers the phone, and emails go ignored for weeks. If you have an emergency or a simple question, you are essentially on your own. Poor Maintenance: The "upkeep" here is non-existent. Common area doors are frequently broken, which is a major safety concern. It feels like the building is falling apart, and management has no interest in fixing it. Pest Issues: The building is overrun by pests. Despite multiple complaints, the issue hasn’t been properly addressed, making the living conditions unsanitary and uncomfortable. Saf

TLDR: - Clean, quiet, and well-maintained community with spacious apartments and friendly neighbors. - Maintenance requests are completed quickly within a week or a few days. The maintenance staff are the sweetest! - The staff is AMAZING. Elvin goes above and beyond with follow-up and care. Ms. Deneen is warm, remembers residents, and is a ray of sunshine. Tina has improved communication and responsiveness and she just got here! Even the cleaning staff are kind. - Mailroom upgraded with new parcel lockers but there are some connectivity issues which are technology-related, not management’s fault. - They have preferred employee discounts on rent! I’ve lived at Concord Park at Russet Apartments for about three years and have had a great experience. The community is well maintained and the staff are always professional and helpful. I especially want to thank Ms. Tina and Ms.Deneen from the leasing office for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for residents. Their professionalism and care really make a difference, and it’s appreciated. I’m grateful to live in a community with such supportive management.

Get as far from this place as possible. This place cares more about the look of their front office than the rest of the complex. Management is IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone. You have to go through their infuriating AI bot to ask for any type of maintenance or help. God forbid they respond to an email. Their package system is disorganized, it like finding a needle in a haystack. The layouts of the apartments we lived in was awkward and cheaply put together. There's dog poop all over the grass around the place that is never cleaned. Meanwhile you're paying a MANDATORY administrative fee AND common area maintenance fee...they do the BARE MINIMUM if anything at all. So if all that is your cup of tea this is the place for you, but if you want to live headache free, look somewhere else.
