Concord Management

The best rental company ever! I would rent from them a million times over!!!!! The property I reside in rarely has any issues and if it does, they are addressed quickly and intentionally. The staff there is wonderful and kind! Any poor experience must be a miscommunication or user error LOL.

The Legacy in high point/ Concord management is very unprofessional! Why would you send a text they your going up On the rent!!!!! Paper work should be done for that!! Also how do you send a trash bill for 300.00 if it went up 3.00 a month and we are already paying 2.00??? They are getting over on the senior citizens here and letting everyone move in the places!! One way in and one way out!!! What if it was an emergency??? We came to the people about the problems and no one solved them now I’m on here. We need something to be done about this!!!

The Most Exceptional property management ever. When I say they empower you they do without the resistance. Just fulfill your responsibilities as a tenant and I mean fulfill your responsibilities as a tenant. They have been really great with my family let them do the same for you

Have rented with them for 6 year with no problems until the place got infested with raccoons due to neighbors feeding them, they didn’t want to do anything about it! They lied and said I never said anything to them about it when I visited the office at least twice since July speaking to Eric about the problem. They only called animal control once, never followed up or sent out a Wildlife professional out or set traps. They expect me to live here amongst raccoons, then got a nasty attitude when I told them it was unacceptable! She said “well, nobody else has complained”, Girl I’m not everybody else! Rent here at your own risk. They’ll be nice until you have a real problem!!

My partner and I rented a home in Greensboro from Concord from October 2021-May 2025. We had the best rental experience with Concord; they were always readily available for repairs to the home, always let us know ahead of time when they were coming to inspect the property, and treated us with the utmost respect as tenants. Eric is an incredible landlord and contact to have. With the money we saved by renting with Concord, we were able to purchase our first home this year! We will always be very thankful for our rental experience with Concord.
