Concord Gardens

This is a wonderful place to live and I cannot say enough great things about Miss Kathy Jackson, she is a great manager and really gets things done. She makes this place feel like a home and the maintenance man is amazing, he is also a guy that goes the extra mile for you and they are both very personable and pleasant. If you have the opportunity and you are moving then why not live somewhere beautiful and peaceful and pleasant and close by to most everything.

My daughter’s air has been out since the 4th of July temp in apartment 78 degrees and she has a 2yr old . They been telling her they will fix it . They fixed it twice lasted 3 days both times they supposedly fixed it. They put a window unit in the window and it’s still been 76 degrees or higher.She’s been calling office no answer and the after hours emergency number then today the lady was rude talking about ma’am I put it in give them a chance to come out, ma’ma the air has been out since 4th of July and the woman hung up on her.

Update: Oct 2025 - Saw a new & pleasant office manager. Took my app fee & other personal info. It's mid Dec '25 now and I haven't heard from them one way or another about renting. In Oct-Nov rep was in the office & answered phone when called. Since early Nov '25, no one answers the calls & office always closed. May '24 - Wanting to move. Know someone who lives here. Loved the apts. Wasn't impressed with the office rep/manager. No one answered phone calls for the 3 days I called. Went to the office once or twice for 3 days. Office was closed with a note showing "back at 9am." Maybe she should have said what day at 9 am she would return. Finally on the 4th day, office was open. The rep didn't introduce herself. It's never nobody in office and when is they take other misable people word for noise complaints...Their has been 3 different office managers since I moved here in 2023 and they all was rude. My washer flooded my apartment (they provided) the office manager ask me for my rental insurance information,like no ma am,quit sending a person to fix it and just buy a new one

I lived here for 5 years w/ no issues or complaints 5 stars for that...., besides my money order being stolen 2 times.... the complex was a great place to stay up until my 5th year, we ended up getting a new apartment manager there. I renewed my lease and everything but then all of sudden I was wrongfully evicted for a payment back in April 2018 the complex claim they didn't receive but yet I renewed my lease, which you cant renew a lease when you owe money, but yet I have all documents to prove I paid all rent. I have been back and forth to court fighting with them for evicting me for the past 5 months and I still have another court day next year. other than that a nice place to stay but please be careful, hold on to your money orders like I did. They are not good at documenting when you
