Concord at Marketplace

My husband and I moved here in August 2025, We love this Apartment Complex, it’s super Nice and Quiet. The View from our apartment is beautiful and we have some pretty Nice & Cool 😎 neighbors. This place is very accommodating and the Manager and other staff are real friendly also, we feel at home here! We plan on living here for the rest of our lives. Thankyou “The Concord at Market Street” for allowing us to live in this wonderful Community!

Very friendly staff, jocelyn & Stephanie were helpful during the application process. Beautiful property, nice and quiet. Close to many great locations! Application process was a bit lengthy but understandable due to it being affordable housing. Appreciate a new affordable housing option in West Des Moines!!! Many friendly residents and cute doggies as well.

I looked at Concord and almost leased but it worked out better for me. I was looking at a Concord efficiency for $875/mo, no garage availability. I ended up at West Light Waukee with rooftop pool, luxury hotel style lobby, ping pong, free premium coffee, concierge trash collection at your door and fabulous underground parking ($100/mo.) with $1,000/mo efficiencies although I ended up leasing a 1/1 for $1,175/mo. 14% less on rent ($875 vs $1,000) just isn’t much of a savings for the 55+ Concord. No garages will sting in January and the other Concord amenities are pretty limited. And I love the mix of young people, families with kids and older residents like me at West Light.

Beautiful area, close to Jordan Creek Mall, and actually close to everything you would want like groceries, gas and plenty of nice restaurants!

Found this Upcoming Community during a drive by on the way to do some shopping, checked it out on their website. Decided to do a tour and liked what we seen! Very cozy and modern, great amenities and very nice, wonderful helpful Manager! Filled out applications and provided neccessary documents and was approved! At the age where a 55+ Community is what my Spouse and I need...not to mention we really like the Security of Access Control, especially in this Era of Jeepers and Creepers. The grounds are very clean, the buildings are immaculate and very close to all neccessary shopping! Very Excited to be calling Concord at MarketPlace home very soon!
