I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Ms. Raquel. They were patient, knowledgeable about the market, and always easy to reach. They advocated for me during the application process and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone searching for an apartment.

READ THE REVIEW BEFORE YOU DECIDE Due to family reasons, we moved from NYC to Raleigh in the last month of 2022. We found this apartment online and signed the contract directly online before we moved here. However, after the first day I and my husband moved into this apartment, we realized we made a wrong decision. We sincerely do not recommend this apartment if you are looking for a quiet and nice home and community to stay in. Firstly, the sound insulation of this house is very poor, making it almost impossible for us to get enough rest. The crazy creaking of the wooden floor from the upstairs neighbor’s footsteps is so loud that it feels like they are in your own home. Avoid moving here!!! They are spending all the residents money on chopping down perfectly healthy trees and destroying the beauty of the community. No curb appeal any longer. If you like a lot of rats ,chopped down trees and lots of roaches. Then come on over an apply to this designer squeaky bathtub apartment home!!!

I recently went for a tour of all 3 sized apartments offered on the complex. The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely somewhere to consider!
