Kim at Compton Realty was an absolute shark—in the best way possible! She fought hard for us and got us our dream home for nearly $50k under the listing price. She handled the difficult realtors on the other side like a pro and made the whole process so much easier for us. I must say they don't come any better than Jill Compton. Not knowing what I was really looking for as far is price, availability, location, Jill made it easy. As I got a feel for the area my priorities kept changing. And yes, Jill kept listening to me and changing right along with me like it was no big deal. I was never pushed to financially go above my limit. I was grateful for that so I wouldn't have to long for something I couldn't afford. We are still working together and I am looking forward to a broker client relationship.

So I don’t understand the reviews. I was looking for some land, stopped by on my lunch break, very friendly atmosphere. Shout out to Bonnie, honest and upfront hard to find that now a days and she’s a sweetheart. I look forward to doing business with her in the near future. 🚀

Basically we got mislead , we hired a buyers rep because we were not familiar with the area " Loie Redline" who brought her home inspector friend "Cherokee Home inspector "who basically kept me busy so i didn't notice that he was avoiding obvious problems that the house had. we overpaid for the house and have occurred thousands of dollars in repairs .

BRENDA WAS AWESOME.She got our home sold in just 2 days also found us a townhome. THE LADIES in the office set up all the showings so everything went so smoothly.
