Complete Property Maintenance

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! The most unprofessional people who DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY WORK for this company. We have had nothing but problems with employees who have destroyed our belongings the POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED due to negligent employees, who have absolutely no respect and disregard anything said to them. They have destroyed not one but two separate vehicle covers never bothered to reimburse me the full price of the first one now we are working on a second. emailed this company with no reply back you are not a priority. Smashed our garden border time and time again, I had to put a barrier around my vehicle And it still doesn’t keep them away from blowing yard and sand and whatever else debris they can find up into the car cover or directly into your house.

I have had to contact Complete Property Management regarding sprinklers and landscaping. They NEVER respond back until you threaten them. I told them if they didn’t fix my sprinklers, I would break them so they had to come out. That they responded to. I also have a bougainvillea tree in front that after a hard rain I now leaning towards my neighbors house. It’s been well over a week and nothing has been done. Don’t contract with them. They are a pitiful excuse for a company.

One of your drivers was parked on the sidewalk with a truck and trailer which is ILLEGAL!!! I was trying to skate by with my dog but that forced us into the street. Your driver who thought that was a smart place to park was making a phone call. He then shouted at me and opened his door like he was going to fight me... I will have law enforcement look into your company. I do not belive the driver even had a license. P.S. your driver would have been beaten into the dirt while i smiled. Do not ever threaten an american citizen.

This company was sold to another operator. The crews appear to be unsupervised. Not only do they do the worst job ever, but they are pouring so much Rounup over the property, they have killed thousands in landscaping and probably are contributing to my early demise. I could say a lot more about this inept crew of rehabbers, but why bother. Avoid at all cost

This company has never played close attention to detail. Today took the cake, coming home to a newspaper shredded and blown all into our flowerbeds on our side yards.
