This is my experience with Compass agent Robert “Bobby” Macik: We were asked to sign an exclusivity agreement before submitting an offer, which was not even considered. He told us that the exclusivity agreement was only required to submit the first offer and that we could cancel it at any time. Despite that, he made things unnecessarily complicated because he didn’t want to respect our decision to stop working with him and he didn’t want to cancel the agreement. The contract was enforced by him (on behalf of Compass). My advice: Do not sign exclusivity, always review all contract details carefully and confirm everything in writing.

I had an outstanding experience working with Lizbeth Garcia as my realtor. Her expertise in the local market, attention to detail, and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My property was not fully marketed. I found out it was only being shown to compass agents and not all agents. This is not what I expected. I could have got a higher price if the property was on the mls for all to see. Not just pushed to compass agents.
