As certified Local Guide Google Reviewer, I would like to extend one of my few 5 star praises to the San Jose Compass real estate agent Deacon "Duc" McClymont-Nguyen for going above and beyond anything a seller could expect from their agent. Our property in Naglee Park in San Jose was literally the "worst house-best neighborhood" scenario, and as a seller our expectations were extremely low. At no point did Deacon "promise the moon" nor suggest we should settle for lowball "flipper" offers of which there was no shortage of. What Deacon provided was realistic and honest advice on how to sell our property as quickly as possible (we had a deadline) but without succumbing to the numerous lures of lowball offers. Tons of agents are behind this address. Some of them are really bad. It's up to you to decide should you trust their umbrella company or not. They cold called me early morning so you can imagine my frustrations.

0 stars if possible. If you want your property to be on the market for 6 months or plus and not able to sell, this is the place you want to list with this agency. These people wouldn't work for you, they are on vacation every weekend, and won't answer your message until they are back. They come up with silly excuses on why your house doesn't sell. This is the worst agent I've seen. Absolutely avoid!
