Como Villa Estates

I’ve been living here 3 years now. Love it for the location, the quiet, and management is great. I completely did my application on line. It was maybe a year after the pandemic I was hit with COVID and couldn’t leave my house. Response was done in timely manner. That manager has since left we are under new management and he’s great also. Trying to get my family in here now. Maintenance responds just as quickly too. Even if it’s just to come by and see exactly what the issue is. Quick fixes are handled then actual repairs completed before the week is out. Well the issues I had.

We really miss our home Como Villa. It was a nice area, lake across the street, for walking, bike riding, running, and jogging exercise. Como zoo is walking, and bus distance. Clean and quiet building. Dan the property manager was awesome. Due to the lost of jobs me and my husband had to abandon our unit 🙁. And was left with unpaid rent. I lived there from 2012-2015, rent was affordable, well maintenance, and a peaceful place to live. I would live there again if they gave me another chance after debt is paid off😎👍👍👍👍.

What kind of management is running this apts? They make me wait more than a month after they took my application fee, and my information, they don’t call you or respond your email unless you call them and they’ll keep saying we’ll call you.

Good sized apartments for the cost. Maintenance can be a bit slow.

Upgrading this place would be nice..
