If I could give it 0 star I would. This place is terrible and all the manager cares about is saving money. If something is broken they buy cheap appliances to fix them. Some resident that live there even call them and the manager would replied to them saying if you guys can’t fix it on your own then move out!! Visitor can’t park at parking lot, they need to park on the road side. Visitor car got ran over from parking on roadside of Marion Road because they not allow to park at parking lot. When you ask to check their security cameras, there’s nothing you can see to check who did it because they place the camera up looking at the sky?? How can the manager be this careless about the residents that live there. Cars got broken into in the middle of day time! This place is very TERRIBLE!!! I D

(Read this first before you consider moving here you will save so much time and money) If I could rate zero star I would, worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s absolutely filthy, they have rats and bedbugs in every unit, No security whatsoever and they don’t even clean the place before letting another tenant move in let alone fixes or replacing (like blind for example) when needing, If something needing to be fix they will charge you to fix it during your staying even if you pay for security deposit and most likely you will not get it back. Also they never plow snow during winter and people will take your package when you order something and the manager just let them whether or not it’s belong to them, they don’t take any responsibilities for anything. Terrible ! I don't even know where to start. All the manager cares about is saving money. If something is broken they buy cheap appliances to fix them. There was also a huge outbreak of bedbugs. There was also very very poor maintenance, they building is filthy ! My family couldn't even have visitors because of the embarrassment of how filthy the apartment is. People would smoke in the building halls. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms . DO NOT live here
