I was required to use this title service while purchasing a property. They were the worst title company I’ve worked with. I don’t say that lightly. Significant clerical errors. Brushing over of mistakes. The person responsible for my file was in and out of office while closing. Combative when trying to advocate for myself in the midst of errors they made. Terrible experience. 2 stars because I did get to the closing table.
