Today I had the most unprofessional and disrespectful encounter with your collector over the phone. I called on 2/2/23 at 10:01 am with every intention on paying a small collection. Upon being connected to the representative I was greeted rudely. I asked the woman I was speaking with why my collection amount was more than what the medical provider told me. I kid you not, the answer I was given was “ It was none of my business”. When I asked her to repeat herself she hung up on me. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I receive every time contacting this company. I honestly feel bad for this lonely and unhappy woman .

4 years after my daughter had knee surgery I learned of an additional $63 fee that insurance didn't cover. Hospitals don't have collection departments and for whatever reason never bothered to call about the additional balance. I just learned about this balance this week and that it now is in collections with this company who also have never contacted me. I pulled my credit report to find this debt existed. I contacted the collection company hoping to deal with professional, reasonable folks. This is a local business after all. Unfortunately, these people were very unprofessional. I paid the total they asked in full just to be free of any dealings with them. They are surprisingly rude and can be very threatening over a bill so small. I'm sorry for anyone else who may have to deal with them

The receptionist was very nice then she transferred me and the lady started off nice and then things got nasty when I told her I just wanted information so I can get it taken care of she try to intimidate me and tell me just to pay the bill and she would remove it from my credit. I told her there’s no reason to have it in the first place because I had insurance at the time she said too bad it’s been too long so pay. She got upset because I said I was gonna call the hospital and try to clear it up before I could finish talking she was like you can do what you want you’re still gonna have to pay.

I understand everyone has their own experience but based on these reviews I was terrified to call let alone have my collection with this company, but they were nothing but professional with me. I had the pleasure of talking to Jennifer who again does not seem to be a fan favorite here but she was a huge sweetheart to me and very helpful. To each their own but I was very happy with my own personal experience.

They have a collection on my credit, I have called multiple times to get them to send my collection information via mail. Twice they have told me it's already sent and I should have received it. Nothing in the mail. And they've upped the balance since I've contacted them. I contacted them. Not once have they contacted me to try to resolve the debt. This is one of the last negative marks on my credit. I need this resolved
