Commercial Apartments

Its been a little over 2 months since I've moved out and no longer have to deal with the nightmare that's better known as Executives by the sea. I honestly don't even know where to start. I had to endure 3 years of awful customer and management services. They nickle and dime you over EVERYTHING. Normal wear and tear? Nope you're paying. Coackroaches in your apartment? Oh well, sucks for you. Black mold in your bathroom? You must be showing too long. We'll just paint over it. Rats chewing through electrical and your boxes in your garage? Too. Bad. We don't have rats. I highly reccomend staying far far from Eva and this company if you want to keep your sanity... and money. They like to cut corners and hire random workers to do they're bidding. I had such a great experience living at 415 Grant St for the past 4 years. It’s a very pet friendly apartment complex. They have a large dog run that is hardly used. It’s very reasonably priced for being so close to the ocean. The staff are really kind and responsive. The maintenance staff fix any issues really quickly. Highly recommend.

It is the worst company I have ever rented from. My recommendation is to look for some other option. For everything they want to charge you extra and also the payments are very high for the way the apartments are. We lived there for 2 years and I wish we came in. We reported blinds and other things that were damaged and they never fixed them. The truth is, my experience with them is terrible and I wouldn't want anyone to have that unpleasant experience.

I have lived under this management for 3 years now and they have been the absolute best! Lu and Eva are so communicative and always respond very fast when we reach out with any concerns. Resigning our lease every year has also been a breeze and we feel that they truly care about the tenants- I haven’t always felt this way in the past renting from other places. We feel very well taken care of under management here!
