I am extremely disappointed with the management of this property. There are serious concerns regarding professionalism, accountability, and resident safety. On-site management has failed to properly address issues involving unauthorized occupants and reported concerning activity, despite being made aware of these matters. Attempts to resolve concerns directly with the leasing office have been unsuccessful, and there is little confidence that complaints are handled objectively or confidentially. This creates an uncomfortable and intimidating environment for residents who simply want a safe, professionally managed place to live. I had to call in an emergency maintenance today, Patricia answered and I told her my need and she dispatched maintenance and Jose was here in a timely manner. He fixed the problem and went beyond to make sure the area that he worked was clean. Thank you Jose for your kindness and service.

I am reporting ongoing misconduct by property management that has resulted in a hostile and unsafe living environment. Management has knowingly permitted unregistered occupants, including individuals engaged in illegal activity, to remain on the property while selectively enforcing rules against compliant tenants. There are credible concerns regarding favoritism, abuse of authority, intimidation, and failure to act on known safety risks. Management practices appear inconsistent and biased, including placement of problematic occupants in less visible areas of the property. Frequent turnover of ownership, management, and maintenance staff, along with inadequate maintenance responses, further demonstrate instability and neglect. I have been living here for about 1 week now office staff very helpful and quick on anything I need and maintenance man Holeman is quick and has fixed my needs very nice I have no complaints .

This is such a beautiful apartment and the office and maintenance staff are so profesional a great. I will totally recommend Commannder Place.
