Just moved in and what can I say! This apartment complex is amazing. The staff members Joselin Echavarria & Madison Durrah are great! They make you feel welcome and give off a vibe like you have been living there for years. Also, two maintenance man are phenomenal. Justin and Ryan both helped me move my mattress when I was moving in even though they didn’t have to. Great guys. This apartment complex is top notch! -Lafayette Dawkins

** responding to the manager that responded to my review; When using the elevator, it makes a loud banging noise as if it is about to fail or fall. This serious safety issue was reported multiple times by my daughter, my husband, and myself. Despite these repeated reports, no meaningful action was taken. the inspection sticker posted inside the elevator is expired and shows that the elevator has not been inspected or certified in years At this point, you may continue to deny responsibility, but I have thorough documentation of all reports, communications, and events. Due to the unsafe conditions and your failure to properly address them, you will now be hearing from my attorney regarding the $1,800 that was improperly charged and taken from my daughter, funds that should never have been

Future residents, please reconsider moving here. I used to live at Comet Spartanburg, and while it was a nice community when it first opened, things went downhill fast. Security is a major concern — police are on the property constantly, and there was even a SWAT team incident early one morning. It no longer feels like a safe place to live. When I brought these concerns to the office staff, their response was dismissive: “It’s an apartment complex, not private houses.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially considering the price of rent here. You expect safety and responsive management, not excuses. The previous management company at least had security on-site, but the current management removed it entirely. The place has nice amenities like the pool and gym, and the apartments themselves are well-equipped. The staff is friendly, too. But the management really needs to do better. The walls are super thin, and you can hear everything. The trash and no-drug policies they email about aren’t enforced — there’s often a strong weed smell in the building, and people leave trash outside their doors for days. There’s supposed to be a courtesy officer, but it doesn’t seem like anyone’s around. Cars blast loud music in the parking lot almost every night, and no one does anything. Also, the landlord once entered my apartment without notice, which is not okay. Nice amenities, but poor rule enforcement and noise make it hard to enjoy living here.

I am a resident and have been a resident since this place opened. I so deeply regret renewing my lease here. The constant disruption and police presence because of it has left me and my family severely uneasy. The cops are here every other day it feels like to deal with one problem or the other. I’ve heard gunshots a couple times now and don’t think it’s safe for families. I’ve seen knives pulled on people at the pool. I’ve heard couples slamming doors and arguing at 3am in the morning. If it’s not one thing it’s another. This apartment complex used to be so nice and so clean and now it is filled with dirtiness. The hallways are constantly full of trash, the pet waste is always everywhere. I can’t even go outside and take stroll without being disrupted but the disturbing smell of fecal m
