Comet Garner Apartments

Been living here since may of 2024. its been my first and only apartment and ive loved it here! the gym is always clean and grills are easy to use. the pool is wonderful during the summer months. i know that parking can be a bit cramped in certain areas but thats been the only downside. the maintenance team has been excellent and extremely fast at responding to issues. im renewing my lease in a larger 2 bedroom apartment offered here for more space and im very happy with how easy they made it!

Love the staff! They’re very effective, professional and kind. Lesley was very warm and helpful . Whitney and Zac were also amazing in assisting with any questions I had. Awesome place and when I toured, I was well pleased. Maintenance crew seems very pleasant and efficient.

I’ve been living here for about two months now, and so far I’m really happy! I’m big on cleanliness—especially when it comes to bugs—and I haven’t seen a single one (thank God!). The maintenance team is awesome: they’re quick, efficient, and always willing to help. Huge shoutout to Eric! The leasing office staff is also amazing. Zac and Whitney are always so friendly and make every visit fun. Plus, who doesn’t love perks like a free cup of beer every day (except Sundays when the office is closed) or a free espresso/coffee? There’s always something going on in the community—food trucks, blood drives, pool parties, and game nights. I’m already looking forward to the next pool party!

We lived here for nearly 2.5 years and loved it! The office is super kind and gets to know everyone, the pool is great and is typically never over crowded. If you like open layouts, this is a great spot. Maintenance was also great and very kind, if work orders were ever needed, they showed up that same day or the next and always kept us up to date. The only downside I could give is the parking near the 4000 and 5000 buildings. Very often we would have to park at the pool which truly isn’t a downside as we need the steps, but we were a first floor unit so I can imagine it’s difficult for upper level units with groceries and such. There are elevators though! But again, I was first floor so I never used them. We absolutely loved getting to call this place home for a while :)

I have been living here for over a year and so far have had a wonderful experience. Lesley, the community manager, is always quick to respond to emails and makes sure any issues are handled right away. Whitney and Zac in the leasing office are always friendly and the entire team was such a help when I had technology related issues with adding someone to my lease.The maintenance team is great too; any time I have submitted an issue they responded and took care of it that day.
