Columbus Square

Have been in this building for over 7+ years. The front desk guys and maintenance team are always great! Damien and his team have always been especially attentive when we have apartment issues. The elevators and basement laundry are, however a challenge. Wish the in house maintenance team was trained on this because the outside companies are not great.

I recently moved out, but I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received during my time at Columbus Square. A special thank to management team, Kimberly, Nyjae, and other team members. They helped me resolve multiple complicated issues with exceptional patience, professionalism, and kindness. No matter how stressful the situation was, they always followed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt supported. I also want to express my gratitude to the entire 795 concierge team and staff members. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and reliable. Their daily help made living here so much easier and more enjoyable.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here — they truly make this building feel like home. Damien, in particular, deserves special recognition. He’s always willing to assist with anything that comes up, ensuring the building stays safe and that any issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly. Before the building group chat was disbanded, his name came up constantly as the go-to person — everyone knew they could rely on him. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and dedicated, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs here.

I have had a great experience at Columbus Square. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Adam at the 795 Front Desk for always being ready to help out and Ilir and Dino who have always promptly and thoroughly addressed any maintenance issue that arises.

We have been at 801 Amsterdam for the better part of 2025, and we consider ourselves lucky that we have Adel and Joseph at the front desk. They keep tabs on everyone in the building, work hard to make sure our packages are safe and make it into our hands, and provide a sense of safety and community that really makes the building feel like home.
