Columbus Square Apartments

Greetings, I have been a resident here since 2021. I always wanted to live in the entertainment district within downtown. Columbus Square was it for me, the process was thorough but moved swiftly, which is understandable.. Quiet, peaceful ,convenient community - especially for government employees. My neighbors on my street are retired military, State and city government employees they love it they lived out here since first open. That says a lot to me. Maintenance is pretty good , not a long wait time & efficient. Super pet friendly! Community Movie Night On The Lawn , Back To School BBQ, Evening of Jazz Mini Fest, Taste of Columbus Square are the few community events I have attended since living here. I love my apartment, my kids and new dog love it here! The office staff - Tracy, Kam, Fiorello are great with the community. They been going strong for years out here, I LOVE that about this complex! Some apartment complexes switch companies.. Accolade Property Management has been here for YEARS. Great apartment company & community I look forward to renewing my lease again in October ! -Penelope

I have been living here 2 years super quiet . Love love these apartments, Tracy is the Community Director very professional, honest, caring, she’s really THE GLUE out here! I have nothing but praises to her, we have 24/7 law enforcement feel safe out here absolutely no crime. I appreciate how attentive she is to hearing our thoughts and ideas as residents here at Columbus Square. I love the community wide events per requested by residents - she hear and see us ! Solid property management is becoming hard to come by and I am truly grateful for her and her team! I look forward to renewing my lease next month.

roach infested???!!! i have been trying ti get in touch with CORPORATE! but the maintenance is terrible i have been having the same issue since i moved in and fhey wont do nothing about it do anyone have corporate phone number??? i cant get anyone on the line. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMEBTS

I have completed several applications, emails, voice mails and not one response. There is never a vacancy, In September I inquired on the new units under construction I was told to contact the local Housing Authority....the Housing Authority said contact Columbus Square. From there Columbus Square said to call back in December, I called the second week of December and was told to call back in March when the units are set to be completed.
