Columbine West

Hi my name is Angelo and I loved living at Columbine west apartments, Tasha the apartment manager is great and I have never had any problems getting a hold of her if I needed something. She has done alot for me and my family and I appreciate her very much...😇 Also all my neighbors were great and very nice to talk too, I enjoyed the conversations as well. The apartment complex is quite peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. I enjoyed being there.🫠 also maintenance is great too they and Tasha work together and are quick with service and answer questions if need be. Columbine west apartments has a great team. Thank you all.

Would not recommend living here. Management is extremely hard to get a hold of. They take several phone calls and messages to get any type of return correspondence. Maintenance is lacking and request either completely ignored or takes months to complete. They are typically not in the office when you go there to speak to them in person. But not to worry, they have no problem sending out crappy and condescending messages to their tenants and leaving papers on your door to call them and then to not answer the phone *eye roll*. Jessica was at least halfway decent when you finally did get a hold of her. Tasha is unprofessional, rude and condescending.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Management is impossible to get in contact with, and maintenance will enter your apartment whenever they want to without permission or notice of entry. Contractors do no respect privacy, personal property or even pets in the unit. Look elsewhere for housing. The price and 'services' are definitely not worth the money. Save yourself some trouble.

Lived here for a year, nice area & my apartment was nice. Only bad thing is the bus doesn’t stop near by. Jessica helped me get my full refund and was very helpful.

The grounds were never taken care of properly. Recently, the office was unresponsive to messages left over 4 days. Rent is way too expensive for what you get. There are other places that you can pay the same and get more. The laundry facilities were broken. I do not recommend moving here.
