Columbiana Manor Apartments

I have lived here for about 2 years now. It's not a bad place to live. Tenants have free use of the heated pool in the summer, there is an affordable laundry room in each building, it is fairly quiet and it feels very safe. It is very affordable too. I am happy tgat they are picky about who they let in here. (and unlike what a previous poster said - this is NOT low-incone housing)

Called in to see about an apartment for my daughters and I, and was told you have to have a credit score of 650 in order to be considered for an apartment here. Was not aware of that being a requirement of a low income housing complex.

I drive as an independant courier. Be aware that building 331 has a defective intercom and that their leasing office will not accept packages for tenants when they are not home. I overheard the property manager in the office telling someone that the reason is because tenants where calling her after hours. So rather than have a policy that tenants can only pick up packages during office hours, they refuse the package leaving independant delivery drivers stuck driving items back to the originator. I had to spend an extra hour of my day and drive an additional 50 miles to return an item to originator because of this policy. I will never take a job delivering to this location again. So when folks don't receive items here from independant couriers, know that your property management is
