Can’t say enough about Tharp appraisals Done in a timely manner and easy to work with. Quick response and courteous. I don’t plan on buying again but I highly recommend these folks.
Would not recommend. He did appraisal on house we sold. He lied to us and the bank several times. Didn't come back and take photos as he told bank. Gave higher $ in person than on report. Would not answer phone calls.
