Columbia Village Apartments

Lived here for a long time never had maintenance come and fix anything never did the fire alarm checks and was really inconsistent, they changed apt managers at least 7 times while living here and they never got in contact with me. Then after leaving they tried charging me an absurd amount even though they are just going to replace everything anyway due to living there over the term for things like the carpet and walls. Overall horrible experience and do not recommend living here. The managers will inevitably not contact you and then charge you an obscene amount for moving out

This complex helped us out when we needed to move on short notice, they were very helpful and accommodating! Now, 4 years later and with new management, they are still very kind and helpful as well. Anytime there is new management, the previous people in charge do an amazing job of picking someone perfect for the job, and ensuring that they are trained correctly. The rent has always been affordable and they keep the grounds in good shape. I am grateful for the complex!

This is, my second time to live at Columbia Village Apartments since 2012 and I have always had a very pleasant experience. Management has always been good. Whatever we Have concerns they address them immediately. When I had surgery and they have helped with my dogs. I am in a wheelchair and they are very good to me and make sure all my needs are met. I appreciate them. They have taken measures to make en sure our apartments is more secure and cleaned up. I believe Columbia Village is one of the best places I have lived as far as apartments go.

Long overdue review! I've been living at the Columbia Village Apartments since the end of 2022, and it's been a pleasant experience! Management is easily accessible and responsive whenever I've had questions or concerns. The maintenance crew is great! Special shout out to Braeden who is always very on top of addressing any kind of maintenance issue. The rent is affordable and the apartment is cute for what we pay! A little over a year in and I'm still confident in out decision to live here!

We've been at Columbia Village for almost 4 years now, so I consider myself a bit of an expert on the place ha. The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance team is always on top of whatever we need. They were great through Covid helping tenets get information with rental assistance and just checking in on general with people. They do a good job of keeping us informed on what's going on both on the grounds and when there is any changes in the management team. Braeden is top tier and I am excited to have him running the place. We plan on continuing to call Columbia Village home for a while, so I would definitely recommend it.
