Beautiful area and well managed building. Surrounded by parks, fountains and nicely kept townhouses. Great common area for socializing and stunning views. Ample parking too!

Nice place to live and it’s ok for to be predominantly in the downtown/ Summerhill area. Going through a renovation presently and it’s Close to Ga state stadium formerly known as braves stadium and the Nathan deal ctr. Nigel A

This place is low-cost living for seniors. It's noisy and it's filthy. You can't get on the elevator without the enduring the strong scent of weed. You can't take the stairs without stepping over homeless people that urinate and defecate on the steps. The government should be ashamed of themselves for placing disabled seniors in this tower of torture. Nobody deserves to be living like this.

I'm tell you never ever stop by this appointment. The office manger had an hour conversation with a person after buzzing me in. They talked about other people, what they did for the weekend and their plans for the holidays and 7th grade. Not once after can I help you with your need nothing, she even yelled out the door.😡😡😡😡

Columbia tower is a wonderful community to live and have family and friends to call home Amen.
