I have found my home at Columbia Edgewood Sr. apts. The apartment is spacious and simply beautiful with 9 ft. ceilings. Management makes sure that all repairs are done in a timely fashion. Management also greet all the residents with a smile. I have and will continue to refer seniors to this residence. Columbia gave breakfast out to the tenants, which is a very nice effort for the tenants feel special, Because this is really our home and we appreciate the services from the management.

I love my apartment. It is very spacious. I can appreciate whomever had these beautiful apts build for seniors. This is a convenient shopping area for seniors . You can take a nice walk to Kroger, Loews, Ross, Target /CVS and various restaurants.

My uncle and I whom I take care of relocated from Pennsylvania to live at Columbia Senior Residence. The process was not difficult at all due to the staff. A young lady name Ms. Lanae was first to assist with the process and later when visiting the property and submitting the required documents we met the Comminity Manager Ms. Ortecia who was the most gentle and warm spirited professional anyone could ever come across. When my uncle who’s almost 70 didn’t understand Ms. Ortecia would take her time and break things down for him to understand. Once she was out of the office and I had a few questions and a nice lady name Ms Willena answered the phone and she was even more helpful.
