EDIT: I no longer live there and do not have to follow your "request" to contact you. I am free of your lack of concerns for residents. You can fool people who don't know how you and the staff treat us and ignore ore our concerns over and over and over again, but those of us who have experienced this horrific nightmare DO KNOW!! I STILL haven't received my deposit check and I have been gone since the 3rd. I hate Columbia Residential. We don't want them doing business in Texas. Cheap, cheap building. Horrible company. Horrible VP. Promises everything and delivers nothing! Limits want regional manager can do without her consent. I wish I never would have met these people. The link is absolutely beautiful, and quiet for the most part,but so many 0ther issues with this property, with so many things, repairs, the stairways and parking needs maintenance, please be aware that there are smokers on the property.If you're not totally active senior do not move here. The bathrooms in the hallways are locked!I will update my review.

Capital Vanira is the worst place ever to live. Management doesn’t return calls. I was out of town and had someone keeping my apartment until returned. They convinced Maintenance to change the locks which meant I was permanently locked out of my apartment. I have reached out several times, trying to contact the manager, Mrs Ashanti, and she has not returned my calls. I was unable to reach anyone at the corporate office which forced me to turn in my key. Now that I have turned in my key, I am waiting on my security deposit back, which I have not received. Management is still allowing the person to live In my apartment for free. Since April 1, 2025

I’ve been living at the gardenside villages of east lake since February and the front gates have not been closed. I’ve asking management numerous of times and they always told me they are working on it. Nothing has changed! They even sent out a later to everyone in the complex letting us know it would be done in august. I’ve spent 7 months with the front gate wide open with access to anybody. Today i asked that lady at the desk what’s the number for the property owner . She gave it to me but nobody is answering the phone and no names are given so i can speak to an actual person. I paid an extra $50 on move in date for access to the gate and any walking side entrance. For 7 whole months (really 8 cause it’s the end of September) I’ve been seeing these open gates .
