Thanks to Aaron, our move-in day was a breeze! Any questions we had were promptly answered. We had a little hiccup getting our fur babies approved, but Aaron made sure that we were taken care of & ensured we would be able to move in. Thank you for making this such an easy process!

I’ve been living in my house for a few years now and there’s a strange light fixture in the kitchen neither myself or my dad could figure out how to get into without breaking. Carl, one of the maintenance techs, was here this week fixing something unrelated but I figured I should mention it since I was down to one working lightbulb in the kitchen. Even though it isn’t what he was here for, he took the time to figure it out and even replaced all of the bulbs. I appreciate the extra effort!

We lived at Columbia Rentals (Stinson Ave) on Kittyhawk Drive for three years, and our experience was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. From the moment we moved in, Matt Davis made us feel welcome—he was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive to all our needs. The home itself was brand new, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood and the amenities like the pool and gym, which made day-to-day living feel extra comfortable. Aaron was extremely patient and kind with me as I looked at several different houses and eventually chose my new home. He has been an excellent resource for every question that has come up. I appreciate the service very much! Carl was also amazing as he came and took care of updating the garage door code.

Very unprofessional, was upfront and very detailed about credit history, was told to put an application in anyway and they’d work with me. Paid $80 for the two applications and they ghosted me. When I finally got in touch with someone on a Friday was told they were so busy with move ins and they’d work on a lease for me, come Tuesday I reached out again, no response just an automated email saying they denied me. No explanation no phone call from the leasing agent, Hagen who was working with me and still not a single call returned. 100% would not recommend them, if it’s that hard to get in touch with someone in the office, it must be a nightmare trying to get them for maintenance etc. Never dealt with such unprofessionalism, enjoy the $80 you stole from me.
