Gregory was our property manager for the unit my roommate and I are currently tenants at. He went above and beyond to help with the unit during the on-site orientation more than I have ever seen and did not make us feel like we were asking too much at all Since the day I toured the unit, Gregory was very transparent and accommodating throughout the process. His knowledge and honesty provided relief to be a tenant with Columbia Property Management. Although scheduling and communication was a bit disorganized during the lease signing with the company, they are short staffed and handled it professionally where we were still able to move in the day we planned to and Anthony was also a great help. Scheduled a tour for a property online. Initially, they were very accommodating to let us have a virtual tour. But on the day of the actual tour, our agent was very unresponsive. Over an hour after the scheduled time, he called apologetically to cancel and reschedule for the following week. When that time came around, he was completely, MIA -- no communication from the agent at all. We decided the apartment wasn't worth the hassle of having to deal with an unreliable management company.

Best property management company I have had in over 30 years of being a small landlord. There are always problems that arise in any rental, but the team at CPM has consistently resolved issues in a very professional and sensitive way. They are tenacious at finding the best solution for everyone concerned.

July 2024 Update: CPM townhouse so badly managed that tenants will leave solely because of them, despite loving the property. Vendors entered our property without tenant approval more than five times in one year, yet CPM continued to not take responsibility for it. If a property management company tells tenants that random people entering their apartment isn't a big deal, then they're clearly not tenant-friendly. They tried to discredit my roommates and I over and over rather than actually take accountability for their vendor policies. CPM is definitely skirting the legal line and I'd be surprised if they're around in 2 years. Had an excellent experience with Gregory at Columbia Property Management! When expressing interest in a new rental, Gregory was extremely responsive with inquiries and we quickly set up an in-person visit. Gregory was on time and very easy to work with. I had a lease and keys the next day! I wish all companies were this easy to work with. I can’t recommend them more highly.
