Do not move here. It looks nice from the outside but the inside of the these apartments are terrible. The bathrooms have mold & they just cover it up with caulk instead of actually fixing the issue. They spend more time making the outside look nice when really the inside needs the most attention. The refrigerator, stove, dishwasher are old, roach infestation, trash & glass all in the breezeway and the walls are very thin so enjoy hearing all your neighbors. The paint job on the inside is also horrible. Everything looks rushed. They don’t care about the residents they care about money. The maintenance people are also super unreliable. We’ve had to fix most things ourselves even after the maintenance people come because they do a half ass job. I absolutely cannot wait until our lease is up.

This place is robbing people blind I lived here with my daughter and they came to her saying she was behind on her rent and owed $7,000 , it was no way possible she got behind that much , she missed one month due to her making her school payments she asked to come to the office and compare her receipts from money orders they were never in the office. The leasing lady Brittany is never available!! She threatened my daughter with eviction but never was available to discuss anything, so unprofessional her assistant is very rude and doesn’t have any answers about anything please do not move here !!!!

Don't move here you will regret! Don't take my word for it you can read the reviews. I would not recommend any columbia residential property. They might be cheap but remember you get what you pay for. Bad maintenance response times, unprofessional management, unmaintained units, unsecured parking lots. I moved here because I needed something affordable, worst mistake I made a staying.

Only move here if you want to feel unsafe and inconvenienced every day of your lease. During my year and a half, I have seen over 20 car windows broken into, experienced almost daily gun shot noises and even watched a shootout right in front of the building. Even after they installed more cameras, crime has not reduced. I once even had my car’s license plate stolen WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. Ridiculous. The apartment flooring is paper thin and you can hear the people above you walking all day long. Loud leaf blowers seem to come twice a week and are very annoying if you work from home. Some of the people who live here have ZERO respect for their living space and will just leave their trash, including empty bottles and bags of old food, in the parking lot or in o

Living here has been an extremely terrible experience. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They close the leasing office randomly during regular business hours without notice. The office hardly ever answers the phone. The manager is always in a "meeting" preventing her from speaking to anyone. Maintenance is incompetent and slow. The security is laughable at best and spends more time on their cellphones socializing than they do watching the neighborhood. Leasing staff has changed several times in the last two years I've lived here. The amenities are rarely available. The pool remains locked the majority of the summer. The appliances are extremely outdated and certainly not worth the market rate they charge. I cannot wait for my lease to be terminated in June.
