I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Johnson during my recertification process, and she made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, organized, and efficient. She guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was submitted quickly. Thanks to her, what could have been a complicated process was handled with ease. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication, and I highly recommend Ms. Johnson to anyone needing assistance with their leasing needs.

I came into Columbia Mill looking for an apartment that is close to my job! The atmosphere of the leasing office was so pleasant and welcoming. The young lady who works in the office named LeKecia greeted me with a smile and such a warm and pleasant attitude. I felt like I had sooo many questions but she politely answered each one in great detail. The apartment was big and spacious, the amenities were amazing and the location was perfect! Although, I am still in the market for looking for apartments I truly enjoyed my visit to Columbia Mill, and it has moved to my top 3 choices. Thank you LaKecia for displaying such great customer service.

Camekca is great at her craft super friendly super knowledgeable! I love the property it clean safe and the inside is really nice. I’m thankful to have new home in a beautiful community

I have lived here for 5 years. Parking space is limited. I had a problem with my car getting broken into twice. This is a gated community. Management would not pay for damage cause by the kia boys. I do like that they keep the community clean. Maintenance(CJ) is awesome when it comes to completing work orders
