City view Columbia@300 Richardson St. Atlanta Georgia. Had an electrical fire that started in the attic of the apartments. Columbia apartments decided that they would move this displaced group of residents. Residence’s that has lost everything and have absolutely nothing due to this fire that was started not to their own fault into this disgusting Unsafe apartment complex, these apartment have mold, leaking refrigerators,I will let these apartment speak for themselves.. I do patient care at this building so I’m on the property every day & I highly recommend Darell for his exceptional maintenance and cleaning services at Mechanicsville apt. Horrible place to live!!! The location is great, other than that it’s absolute trash. Someone pees in the elevator every day, except when the elevator is out of order which is usually 1 week out of every month. The fire alarms go off about twice a month. Trash and animal feces is in every hallway, no wonder there are rats crawling around. You can put in a maintence order and no one will see you for 2 weeks. Before I moved out of this dump my A/C was broken from May- September, and Atlanta summers are HOT. They said they were supposed to provide a fan, I’m not sure why when they should just fix the AC. The women in the front office are rude, you would think being elders they would know better. They are never in the office, I’ve never known a company to have so many office closures. The kid

Camille that works at MCF does a great job with making sure things are done. She’s very fluent with getting information to the correct person and in a timely order. She’s the only one that knows what she is doing in the office. Thank u Camille

I can’t speak for the other buildings in this complex, only for 455 Fulton St SW building at the corner of Fulton and McDaniel to the right of the leasing building (#500) if you’re looking at McDaniel. Everyone in our building has always been friendly. It’s kind of a rough neighborhood, but if you’re someone who is fine with just going from their car to the building each day vs taking walks and bike rides nearby, then this should work for you. You can find other nature nearby, some good parks are a 10-15 min drive. Daily sirens but it’s downtown so that’s inevitable (and it’s mainly just fire trucks anyway?) We’re a group of young girls living here and other than two of our cars being broken into when we first moved in, we haven’t had any safety issues. Despite reading the other reviews up
