Columbia Heights Village

I moved here last July 2025 and so far it's ok . But I will say they cater a lot to seniors nothing wrong with that, but last time I checked this is not senior housing , a lot of programs for seniors need to do better with security and parking sucks around here ! And people are rude the tenant association plays favoritism to of course seniors . It's ok though guess I haven't been here 40+ years so I have no say so. Anywho would not recommend here also there are mice and roaches and I keep my place clean you have dirty residents who don't and who leave trash in the hallways kids smoke in the hallways . I can't wait to move me and my daughter soon 🙄 Nice start here cuz it's affordable but I will not stay here long that's for sure. And management don't do a damn thing but follow behind the

WE REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER, When using public transportation. This is soo disrespectful. Our young people really need some guidance on using public transportation. In case they don't know they are blocking the aisle. No one should have to say "excuse me" to pass through them. This is on the Green Line!

Besides the roaches and mice infestation, I love the apartment building and I feel safe with security downstairs. They have tenant association programs and activities for the children.
