I have to start off by saying Ms. Angel is the most kindest and caring person. She treats everyone with respect and make sure you're satisfied with the end result. I truly appreciate her dedication to her tenets. When something is needed it's no problem with getting it taken care of. We don't have drama or problems, on the property cameras are all around the complex.

As Grab And Go Movers, we've had the pleasure of moving over 25 clients into and out of Columbia Grove, and we can confidently say it's a fantastic apartment complex. First and foremost, the apartments themselves are gorgeous and incredibly spacious, especially the living rooms! From a mover's perspective, the wide stairways make our job much easier, and the units are definitely mover-friendly. We've consistently found the neighbors to be nice and helpful, which creates a really welcoming atmosphere. The property is always neat and well-maintained, and the maintenance workers are always helpful and knowledgeable. They clearly take pride in keeping the community in top shape. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free, and that’s entirely thanks to Angel, our leasing manager. Angel is truly a gem. Her compassion, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. I just wanted to share my sincere gratitude for my property manager Mrs. Angel. I have been a resident of Columbia Grove for twelve years now. I have had quite a few property managers. Ms. Angel by far is the most professional & caring property manager that I have the pleasure of knowing & working with. Her empathy, compassion & understanding for people is undaunted.
