The staff is very nice and helpful. Niya is new in the office and she truly shows concern when dealing with what you need from the office! Asst manager Aaliya is awesome she truly have patience with the Applicants! Aaliyah and I have been working on my application for three or four months now and she is making sure everything is on point for my move! Thanks to both ladies for being patient and making sure everything is going smoothly!!

At first I thought this was a nice place to stay but I was wrong. Yes it’s a great area but I have soooooo many issues with my unit. And maintenance come up with all these excuses to why something broke n don’t work to where it’s out they hands to fix and yet I’m still paying high rent! It’s 30 degrees outside and I’m in my unit with two kids under 2 freezing. I haven’t had my mail in weeks there is mold outdated appliances bugs just not what I expected. If you live here based on income then hey but I pay actual rent here not based on income for me. So I should have updated appliances and working heat! Oh and my water bill is extremely high $150-$200 very unreal!!! Definitely not affordable living for me. It’s ridiculous. Edit: I’m adding this since now I have moved due to there being mold

I gave 2 stars because Yolanda is a great manager out of the many I have encountered over the last 5 years. Also, the convenience of this community, it has a lot to offer. Downside is the upkeep of the property. Pool has only operated 2 summers of the 5years I resided here. The trash upkeep is disgusting. Maintenance was getting better when I was moving out. From the time I moved in until 2024 there wasn't any reliable maintence. EVEN WORSE! They use utility manager which is a 3rd party contractor that over exaggerates the water bill. I had a 2bdrm my water bill was over $100- $200 monthly. I now live in a 3bdrm town home and my water is 19 dollars. It is sad that this is suppose to be affordable housing but they are ripping residents off with utilities.
