RUN! I believe these people are SCAMMING people out of application fees. My husband applied for him, myself and my two toddlers to live here. The leasing office workers were clueless as to what we needed in order to qualify for the apartment. They even asked for me and my children’s social security cards after bringing them everything they asked for, which took two visits because they forgot to tell us some things(which raised a red flag). I’ve never been asked for this information. Then they decided they didn’t need the kid’s social but needed mine. I asked them if it was okay if I faxed a copy and they agreed this was acceptable . After faxing, they said they had everything needed but was waiting to see if we would need to pay a deposit or not; the credit reports came back fine as my hu

Great Experience! Love the energy in the office with the ladies. They were very helpful , informative and they get the job done. They were very patient with me and kept me updated with everything. I love the energy and maintenance team was very friends as well.

At first they started out nice, but now I regret it. How you take rent money for months and don’t file a eviction but want us to pay for one. To me it seems like they trying to just take people money and that’s not going to happen…and on top of that you can’t even go online to see what you really owe.

My and mom and I have been here for a while , the staff is really helpful , and the way the economy is right now rent is high everywhere we have enjoy our stay here , Thank you all .. hopefully we will

Not happy with this place I got approved only to be told that I didn't qualify for the tax credit apartment but I could rent a market unit a $905 that I can't afford. Apts these days treat ppl so bad it's sad and to do nothing about it because my yearly income is 300 over is what I was told is ridiculous god don't like ugly and karma is a bitc*
